The showroom is in the basement with a small front. Difficult to locate the place if you are unknown to Lajpat Nagar or Amar colony. Standard designs and sizes of furniture are made and one cannot get the size as per the requirement. The staff is not tràined properly by the company to explain customers the design, colour size and comparison with their nearest competitor. 50 percent of total cost is to be made in advance and balance 50% on receiving the product in their godown. Entire process takes 30 days for execution. After making 100% payment in advance, the customer has no say on quality and designs. Rectification, if any, will take more than a month to resolve. Not happy and not recommended

Got kitchen made by loci interior, regretting now. Not professional Took money in advance and then material not provided on time . Installation charges are heavy and installation not upto the mark, within a month things started coming in hand with minimal/no usage. Finalised design and actual installation design is different, and then no corrective action by loci interiors . Charges are heavy then other godrej dealers. Ms. Arti and her husband runs it. Both will stop taking your calls eventually. Please dont try Loci Interiors.

They are very Unethical Dealers of godrej. especially the designer Aarti they are just into snatching people’s clients and people’s hard work. They snatch other people’s approved deal. They are more into Deceit than professionalism. Godrej should look into this matter. This doesn’t show good professionalism of yours. If godrej is ignoring this matter even after knowing, then it is kind of stigma as a big organisation for them.
