Absolutely not recommending this watch outside India. You cant even set time on this stupid so to say smart vital watch. The goqii app will not accept phone number outside India. NRI customers be aware . Customer support had the nerve to tell me oops we do not service this e-mail id. Thats how they get rid of you. They just give you a ticket number....and some links to try and solve ur own problems. Dont recommend this company for NRI and rest of the world. Akshay Kumar is being used as a brand ambassador for a product that is overpriced with very bad customer support. Only six dials for Rs 6000. Other companies offer much more for less. Two of my e mail id has been taken out by customer support for expressing my frusrration. Also notice how many fake 5 star reviews they show..a genuine client would rate between 1 and 4. And absolutely disgusted customer like me would give the rating they deserve. Hoax tech support...if you have a problem YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. You are Warned Dont Buy. UPDATE 2 JAN 2021 Was contacted by a senior rep of the company who was a nice lady and went out of her way to assist me to finally link my watch to my app. Thank you. Registration for non Indian tel nos is still not easy. In light of assistance received have decided to give this company from my earlier one star to a 3 star rating. My 2 cents.

Such a bad service i have never for intl product which has high rating.. Placed an order and im not able to track . NO contact nos to reach and talk. Sent 4 mails no response.. . Cal never gets to agent other than msg.. repeated. Frustating.. paying maoney noit got order and no response in any form

Firstly they don't give COD facility. They took the money lost my order, and I'm waiting for more than a month for them to track? Seriously unbelievable and most pathetic customer service.why the hell should i wait if they cant track an order.dont buy from them... they're hoax
