Excellent customer service by All Staff working in Mak Bike.... Only One Female Staff is trying to distroy Showroom Image Namely Miss.Sonam Viswakarma.She always behaves so rudly with Many Customers including me.I am the witness of all this.. But today thanks to Ms.Pooja Bharti who is taking care of That Place instead of Miss Sonam Vishwakarma and handling all situation and customers very politely and also completed all responsibility smoothly.... If We ignore that single Person then Really I want to give following feedback Now giving Excellent 5 Rating for the whole Staff who are giving world class customer services and also ensuring Always Customer Preferences and Satisfaction....Value for Money and Satisfactory Dealing I have enjoyed there in all process Including After Sales Service Great Keep it up ....

Service charge apart from regular is very high, dont know how to deal with customers, giving worst experience to those they are bullet lover but i really disappointed with servicing part. I will never recommend to any one for servicing. I really love to maintain my bike but after paying a lot they just do formality only, not proper servicing, not even talking properly. Really i am also hospitality sector but never saw this kind of treatment. I cant say hate but really
