Pathetic experience. Very irresponsible people. Booked test for a patient and also they confirmed the same in the evening for the next day test. Also it was a important test which was to be shown to the doctor next day. He didn't come up in the morning and also didn't even inform. When called he gave the excuse that his employee is on leave so they will not come. Very very disappointed. They are running pathology lab and should be very responsible. But things are just opposite.
