It's getting built by mangalya group also known as land and building LAB. If you are going to buy a flat from this builder I think you should take a full stop and take U-TURN to some one else. Read everything in detail then sign. You will be amazed when you will see different charges for same thing in different documents annexure and T&C
This is an under construction housing society, located very near to Gaur Chowk.
I have never seen this kind of layout & construction quality If I talk about location it's is in Techzone-4 & I m happy to live in Techzone-4
