மீன் டால்டா ஏழை மக்களுக்கு செய்ய கற்று தர வேண்டும். பூச்சாடிகள் தொங்க விடவும் 1.5 அடிக்கு ஒன்று 6 அடி உயரத்திற்கு மொட்டை மாடியில். தரையில் பூச்சாடிகள் பட்டால் வீட்டு மாசு தாங்காது. 10 க்கு 15 அடி யில் 300 காய்கறி செடிகள் வளர்க்கலாம். ஒரு ஏக்கர் நிலத்தில் 15000 செடிகள் வளர்க்கலாம். ஒரு ஏக்கர் நிலத்தில் தொங்கும் பூச்சாடிகள் மூலம் 45000 செடிகள் வளர்க்கலாம். இது சாத்தியம் இல்லாத காரணம் தண்ணீர் விட முடியாது. காற்று பலமாக வீசினால் பூச்சாடிகள் நாசமாகாமல் தடுப்பு கட்ட வேண்டும். மழை நீரால் மற்றும் தண்ணீர் விடுவதாலும் கட்டிடம் சேதம் ஆகாமல் இருக்க தார் பாய் விரிக்க வேண்டும் தரையில். செடிகளை 18 நாட்களுக்கு 18 பூச்சாடியில் நடவும் தினமும் ஒரு செடி. மொத்தம் 324 செடிகள் 18 வகை நட்டால் தினமும் 18, ஒவ்வொரு தினமும் காய்கறி கிடைக்கும். இதன் பெயர் வாராந்டிரியம்.
