I personally met the founder of this company several years ago at start of his solar business, he was running ICICI agency too at that time. He purchased software CD (a contact management system) and asked to develop additional software for free, later refused to make payments for several years and responded with threat. Guess, such background will haunt and form as culture of company. Hope the culture is better now in 2020.

I tried all possible ways to give them good rating. But pathetic people. They don't respond to calls. My pannels were installed in Feb. They charged 2500 for net meter installation, but never installed. I am not at all bothered about 2500, but I have to roam all offices to get my net meter. Finally got in Sep. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Better go with Tata or branded companies even though they charge couple of thousands more. Atleast you will have peace of life. Still 7 or 8 of my neighbors waiting for net meters since feb 2020.
