Delivery executive is so busy that he doesn't even bother to contact you. He thinks that he is doing voluntary service and not getting paid for this. What about management???Don't they read reviews???or can't they read???

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service from this branch. Why because, I got call from the branch stating that my courier is out for delivery today. I have been waiting for my courier to receive from more than 1 week from the day they have communicated. No further calls & Noting. Without even approaching me. Courier status kept as \ Consignee Address\ Looks like its strategy of that branch(Koritapadu,guntur) to keep the status like that. So that concern receiving persons needs to walk to branch directly and collect the courier.So that they avoid/cut the delivery efforts. @Blue Dart Head office - Kindly take some action before people loose trust on your services.

It’s safe to say, avoid using BDEL in India especially. Never on-time, no proper communication from the so called customer service team and highlight is you’re just an un educated, rice eating country man to them. You’re so Fked up if have any business with them.
