Seema Malik is the best dietician I have ever consulted. Metabolic balance program coached by Seema really helped me to not only shed the extra weight that I had been trying to loose for past 3years, it also corrected my hormonal imbalances. I used to get menstrual cramps and this diet worked like magic for me. Also, I did not starve and enjoyed the meal plan as it is sustainable, healthy & interesting. I had consulted some Dieticians before going for this metabolic balance plan however I couldn’t sustain the nature of diets. Despite regular exercises I was unable to see significant improvement in my body weight. With the metabolic balance program and thankfully having Seema as a coach I managed to lose weight while eating well. She is extremely patient, polite and an expert anyone would be lucky to have guidance from. I have recommended Seema to my friends & family too. Thank you Rakshita

Initially, it was heartbreaking to see her struggle with basic tasks in that condition but now, all thanks to Neha and the team at AktivHealth, we are seeing a tremendous change in her overall strength with just two months of therapy. I have been going to aktivhealth for the past 3 months for my chronic back injury . I must say that they have a team of highly qualified physiotherapists who are helping me recover at a steady pace . A special mention to my physiotherapist mr devashish who with his abilities has given me the confidence that i will recover fully . In terms of sanitization during covid times there is a mandatory temperature check at the reception , gym is frequently sanitised by the staff and new sheets are placed for every patient . I would recommend it to anyone suffering from chronic or acute injuries . Keep up the good work !
