Been going to them for an year now even after covid the trainers and the staff are very friendly and very careful regarding their clients health. No matter if you are taking a personal trainer or not , every single trainer helps you with the right exercise with right amount of consistency. They are very professional but at the very same time they make you very comfortable by just being there not make sure you don't shy away from asking them regarding the exercises. So hell yes , five stars to the entire team of sector-15 staff and the trainers .
