Atleast automate the system and digitise the patient database, so that one need not to fill multiple forms during every visit. Putting same name, address, I'd proof etc. everytime is just paste of paper time and resources.

Haha :D, Went to take xray here. After waiting for long time, came to know that the xray person will not be coming. You won't imagine what happened next. The receptionist came with me and took the xray of mine :D

Too poor! morning at 8am I was trying to reach the center, out of my 6-7 call none were answered. At 9:15am the receptionist called back and starting asking for the query for which I called. To my assumption chopra diagnostic center gets open around 9am on Google wrong time is provided. Are you serious think that someone will wait for 1hour, look around there are plenty of options available. The reason I made 7calls because it was showing open at 8am, on actual which was not the case. I also think what you guys do after reciving payment.

Very quick and efficient service. Brilliant staff members and accurate reporting. I enjoy every ultrasound my wife goes through there. The facility is neat and clean and there is parking space outside too. All good

Good location with ample parking space. We didn’t have to wait for the ultrasound. Good facility and nice staffs. Coming to the doctor, Dr Savita Chopra is very professional and patient. She takes her time with the ultrasound and is not in a hurry. She even went ahead and showed us our baby after she was done with the scan. Charges are slightly on the higher side but what you get for the fee completely worth it. Highly recommend
