My first pregnancy treatment had started from here...dr Meenakshi is good in her profession but the cost of tests are just beyond the thoughts...one other thing that I think they are not treating pregnant womens but organising some kind of salon packages like gold silver diamond... it's only bcoz of their brand name...cloud nine

Dr Witty Raina was trying to sell gold package to us like Salon. She seems that she is the only educated person and other people doesn’t understand anything. Patient can be more educated than her. Rude and very rude. She should know that patient who is visiting her to take decision based on her inputs and focussed on cost. I paid whatever they asked for and said thank you doctor and walked away and would never like to take her opinion. Because of such doctors people like me don’t visit unless we get reference from their bosses. I would have called from CEO of that hospital for appointment but thought people on ground might have changed.

My pregnancy during covid times was very worried some to us but I must say that deciding cloud nine as our hospital had lessen our stress during this time. All the measures were taken here to insure safe delivery . The staff members here are polite , supporting , prompt and friendly. Moreover my gynac Dr Preeti Agarwal had been a blessing for both my normal delivery , sits in cloud nine.. I highly recommend this hospital to all the would be parents .

Doctors are good having good knowledge of their specialization but nursing staff and services are not up to the mark. They provided wrong medicines (abdominal pain) to my son for fever. It really showed competency level of staff. The private rooms are not good, the room which I got was having seepage smell. Room rent is 8500 which doesn't deserve more than 4k. Prices are on very very high level and once they know that you have insurance they will bill like anything. They put so many unnecessary charges and get unnecessary tests done. Based on their services, hospital management should slash down their rates at least to half or improve their services up to that. Billing process is simple that's a good thing.
