Nice store with good location. Connectivity is good.all kind of products are there with quantity and quality. Staff is little non cooperative. But overall good store to visit.

Only one register open for checkout. Requested that more registers be open as most paying by cash it was refused by the manager point blank. The cashier was entertaining the crowd that is gathered all around the register that is reason people were all around him. We were trying running shoes and this crowd (young men) demanded that I stand up so they pass through the aisle between me and the racks when there is enough to walk from the other side. How weird is that. Very poor social distancing not in the aisles nor the checkout. Might as well handle cash when the sales personnel are not following social distancing.

Store is quite big and well staffed. My only issue is that staff asked for my mobile number to do the billing. I refused as there is no reason to share my personal data with them. The staff informed me that they can not prepare bill without my number. This is a serious privacy issue, whether I share my number or not should be my choice and not mandatory.

Even though variety and quality of product is good but attitude of staff and security is very bad. If Decathlon management have an iota of respect for Indian customers they should review following points. These are applicable for all stores 1.On the counter billing should be made fast, they are very slow 2. Security treat customers like thief who opt for app billing 3. Staff near the shelves should have basic knowledge about products. They dont know difference between running shoes and gym shoes. They cant explain why one particular line of tshirt is expensive than another. They are just standing to fold the clothes. Rest customer is one himself

Very poor social distancing. Very poor customer service. Has gone from 5 stars to 1 star customer service. Thanks for the revert. I had only gone to pickup a product that was already pre-paid online. There was only one counter for all. Adding photo below - please see for yourself. When I pointed out that there was no social distancing, a staff member responded very rudely. You need to tell them that it IS the responsibility of the STORE to ensure customers follow the rules.
