He explains everything in detail and is never in hurry. I am suffering from some issue in my knee and he was the one who was actually able to properly diagnose my problem. If you are struggling with diagnosis of your problem you should definitely visit him. Also he will explain you everything in detail. He is most probably the best doctor you will ever consult

I have given one star for following reasons - Hospital Referred t meet Dr. Debashish - CK Birla Hospital Sector 51 Gurgaon Price Quoted - 800 Rs for Consultation Time booked - 1.30 PM But when I reached hospital at 1.20 PM , first of all staff at reception said that they will charge 1200 Rs , when I asked that I have been told 800 rs on phone today itself , they discussed amongst themselves and said this is the fees where 1000 rs is fees and 200 rs is registration so total is 1200 rs. I got livid but little you can do since its monopoly of hospital. After agreeing to it I paid the amount and I was directed to Dr's room where they told me that there are already 3-4 patients in wait and it will take another 1 hour for your consultation. The same was not communicated to me by the person who took the fees. When i told that I already have a 1.30 appointment , the hospital staff said it does not matter and appointment time is not valid. Gross mismanagement at hospital and doctor level for mis information and non adherence to committed times.

Dr Debashish is the best doctor and very polite and cooperative He listened to patient very politely Beside a excellent doctor he is most gentle human being He is concerned with his patient Always eager to help very much recommended for visiting

I don't normally write public reviews but I found the reviews written by other people very helpful when I was looking for an orthopedic surgeon for my Mum. Based entirely on reviews, I suggested my Mum to consult Dr Debashish for her knee pain which was bothering her for more than 2 years. She went to see him with my brother and was very impressed with him. He of course suggested X-ray and some tests, and according to her he was very patient in explaining to her in layman terms about what's ailing her based on the results. She ultimately ended up having her knee-replacement surgery, her very first surgery of any kind. She was very nervous but Dr Debashish made every effort to make her feel comfortable at every step, pre-surgery and post. She just had her one year post-surgical check-up with him and is very satisfied with the level of care she got from Dr Debashish. Dr Debashish, I would like to thank you for taking excellent care of my Mum, she acknowledges your superb bed-side manners, your attitude towards patiently explaining everything about her diagnosis, her treatment, and her medication to her. She would definitely, in a blink of an eye, recommend you to anybody with orthopedic needs/demands/care. I hope to meet you sometime to thank you in person, next time I'm in town.

Had very bad experience with him at C.K Birla hospital near Niravana Country Gurgaon. My 3 year old Daughter had mild swelling around her right ankle cause she hurt herself with \door stopper\. He suggested to get X ray and ultra sound done. X ray did not show any bone injury and ultra sound only suggested mild swelling which was anyways apparent around her ankle. He tried to make whole situation as emergency and wanted us to go for Plaster and anti-biotic course immediately suggesting she is infected with something which is leaking \fluid\ in her joints. He even suggested that if situation will not improve then he will operate her ankle to get some \fluid\ out of it. I wasn't convinced with his analogy as we clearly knew that it has happened because of injury and nor x-ray nor ultra sound was suggesting any panic case. He got very furious at me when I said that I will take second opinion at Fortis as I was not conviced. He started insulting me saying \you seems like person who prefer to travel in 2 boats etc\. Guess what next day my Daughter was all well with no swelling. Had I listened to this novice doctor's advice my Daughter's health would have gone for toss. Sensing that corporate clients has good insurance coverage he suggests unnecessary procedures to milk money even at the cost of someone's health. Please be very aware of him. Most of the reviews here seems like are done by his associates or employees of the hospitals he is attached with.
