Caveat Emptor

Location - 5/5 Parking - 5/5 Covid precaution - 4/5 ( hand sanitization automatic machine ) Quality - 4/5 ( good enough ) Value for money - 4/5 Staff - 1/5 ( only one staff was available and there was one more person who was allowed to show the products but couldn’t quite the price so technically there was just one representative ) Stock - 3/5 ( they take 2-3 days to deliver the product ) - they do have hidden charges For installation - do not provide installation service

Good display, totally useless once you have made the payment. Whether it is delivery or installation, zero cooperation from the smooth talking salesman. Hob delivered is faulty and Mr Joshi here keeps telling me I dont know how to operate it. Whirlpool service centre is no help either.

They have all the models of Elica hobs on display. Must-visit place before buying an Elica hob to compare all the models. Service can be better though, hence giving only 4 stars.

One of the worst ELICA studio and worst brand, Do not buy Elica if you love your Family, This company not just sell chimney and hob they actually sell TIME BOOMB to you 100% blast one day. I buy Elica chimney and Hob for which i paid 30000 INR for both of them and just after couple of month i start facing problem in hob, such flame sound like its going to blast if you not turn off immediately. They not fix your Issue, No Return, and If you raise your voice then they ready to fight with you.
