This is not a society, this is kind of village. - Builder was over smart, he build tower everywhere, I feel that why builder leaves the roads, he could have build towers on society roads too. - This society is not fit for those who want to take breathe in open area, want to be relax by seeing the greenery view. - Flats sizes are poor, I have seen room sizes are very small. - They ask very good amount of their 3rd class flats. - I do not recommend these flats. Location of this society is superb, this is only reason to buy, else i can't see any good reason to buy property in this society.

Location is good. Isolated society. Good view from rooms. Rent is around 21- 23 k plus utility 900rs.
The society is kind of premium society in the locality, and is in close to Delhi Jaipur Express way. You have a pretty good view from dusk till dawn. The amenities here includes 2 lawn tennis court, cricket net for practice, badminton court, basketball court, a mini golf course, swiming pool, Gym, snooker table, table tennis, and even a bowling alley. Every thing is good here except for the maintenance team, that is a bit slow in responding to complaints.
Nice property. Apartment rooms with balconies. However, room sizes are just optimum, not much spacious. Bathroom fittings could be adjusted for average height indians. Security level
