I don't know why I am even giving them 1 star. After 10 days of delayed negotiations these guys told me they don't have the material what I am looking for. Now I have to choose another one. For even that their representative Viresh is not ready to visit me. Certainly they have very good designs but you need to follow up with customer satisfaction as well when you are dealing with clients. Because of their laziness and telling true picture on ground at the very ladt moment has led me to delay my opening of office.... Very poor service ... One important note: They expect the client to respond them within few hours when they themselves take their own sweet time to send quotations ..
I have a customer of Encore since 1999 when I had purchased Chairs for the first time for my office. Since then 4 offices and furniture incl. Chairs, Work stations, Meeting room furniture, Directors furniture etc. , all have been procured from Encore. Thank you Encore
