ISP here I have bought 10-12 Earth 1010 ONU wifi devices. I am facing an issue on customer's end whenever it's configured the TX power shows -INF value but it's working correctly in my office where OLT is installed...by using different patch cord. I need to contact the tech support as soon as possible.

very poor service. The router I purchased does not have AP isolation i.e. devices cannot interconnect when on the same network so no TV casting, wireless call etc. Upon further investigation the Genesis team reported that this was a technical flaw and they somehow managed to release an incomplete product into the market. I was promised a firmware update about 4 weeks back and now no one is responding. I highly regret purchasing their product. Update - Gautam from the GX team did get back after this review and my issue that was pending for over a month was resolved in a matter of minutes. Also got a reply on the support mail after almost a month. Thanks GX !

Struggling with after sales services and un disclosed service charges which surfaced just recently in lockdown. Not livig upto the promises and commitment done at sales. if you check most of the reviews are listed by their own employees , cross check when you call the customer care number ( consider yourself lucky if they pickup ;) )

I agree with others who are not satisfied with the services. Even we're struggling with after sales services and un disclosed service charges which surfaced just recently in lockdown. Seems like company wants to cash on other's adversities.
