The waiting area is good, satisfied with service as well. Deducting 2 stars as they didn't follow first come first serve policy. I trusted and waited inside but even after 3 hours no one cared to tell the status. The people stand next to them and continously eat their mind to do their car quickly are served better. I had to do the same finally as the cars which came after me went much earlier.
