Have not seen such poor behaviour for a long time... HDFC Life will call you almost every 2nd day right from the 3rd month preceding your policy maturity to einvest\ in their products...but no one including the official email ID will confirm acceptance of the bank account to deposit the maturity amount. Now if I call the concerned employee, he don't pick the phone and can't surrender as well, Because I will get nothing. BEWARE. Hdfclife customer care email and whatsapp are of no use. Worst experience with this branch. branch timing os 9.30AM but staff will not serviced you before 10.30. One receptionist cum security guard is here to manage the people in queue. Staff is very rude and have no sense how to talk with customers. If you sit in front of customer counter you will be ask to leave the seat immediately even your are next in queue. One lady here Khoosboo have so much attitude, pray that your interaction is not fall with her otherwise your resolution will never be done. After all I suggest avoid to visit this branch for any service.
