I never used Huawei and Honor phones in the past and the reviews on social media platforms will always suggest you to look for the brand's after sale services, obviously they are not that strong as the other brands which have roots in India since a long time. And honestly speaking I wasn't hoping and expecting much from Honor untill when my Honor view 20 got problems with it's display (partially my fault to be honest). The. Staff is really professional and they are really helping. It took them less than 2 hours to listen to my request till the screen was replaced. What more do we expect? Really happy with my decision to invest in Honor View 20.
