I am a customer for Leaseplan India for last 4 years and affected seriously by their abrupt move. Closure initiatives seems to be shocking such us depositing my security cheque without notification quoting the reason of GST and when we ask they respond its their legal rights. Due to their abrupt and uninformed cheque deposit my other EMI bounced on the same day as a result a business loan application in hold. No one initiated to respond on the trouble given to me. Hence I am approaching senior management for resolution. Response looks great.

Pathetic Company. I was using their leased vehicle for 4 years as a user. After 4 years I asked Lease Plan of my intention to buy the vehicle. They asked me to pay an amount of XX for my Honda City which was way about the market price, they didnt even share the market quote with me as they said it was some individual buyer who was interested to buy. SinceI was comfortable using the vehicle I decided to still buy it. Once I paid whole money they are now not ready to transfer the NOC of the vehicle in my name stating that there is some outstanding lying with earlier transferor. Even after continuous followup with their relationship Manager Mr. Dharmesh Dadlani, they are not ready to transfer the vehicle in my name. I assume if there is any accident or criminal liability in future, the same will be on lease plan. Also looking forward to a lawyer who can help me out here as the amount paid by me is of personal money and the leaseplan company doesnt care for it. Please be careful to deal with this company. This is just a cheat on me. Next step will be for me to reach out to their directors globally and send notices for this unprofessional behavior !

Pathetic customer service. They will mess up your quote multiple times. First, they will quote sky high insurance premium. Mine was 50% more than market rate. Second, they will make so many mistakes in the quote, you lose trust on them for buying an expensive car. Finally, they have a carefree attitude about the errors they make in the quote. No accountability. Please stay away.
