They use to sell product without information for EMI charging with Bank. Anybody in shop don't know how the bank charges and what. When customer compliant they ask to check with Bank . Seem to be Fraudulent . Kindly don't by anything form this shop. Try online or another shops

We had worst experience here at LG shop at bansal electrovision. We bought 1 LG fridge 471 litre and fully automatic washing machine from the store on 1st August 2020. Despite covid situation we gave it a shot as we trust personal experience more than online sales. We specifically mentioned the sales person that we do not need a display machine. Depsite reiterating the fact 5 times they sent us display machine only. We were sceptic that they might send us the display product, hence we noted the serial number of the machine. I wonder how many people they might hve fooled like this. When we confronted them they didn't accept the fact until we had to take strict measures. Seriously pathetic service and pathetic people. Will never ever recommend anyone to buy from this shop. They are frauds and might be possible their products are not genuine. Now cannot trust this shop. We have asked for refund and still waiting for it despite giving many reminders. This experience was never expected from authorized shop of LG.
