The staff is not good. They take my mobile and told me that the display is damage and have to change of rs 9000. Accidentally I press my power botton of mobile and mobile is ON. Then I told them that please pack it as it is ok now and when it will not working then I will change it from survive center. Uske baad bo mobile ko pack krle laaya nd bnd krne ... Mne bola bhai ye abi ON ho rha tha to ab kyu ni ho rha .. to bolta ki tm kon sa ON laaye the ... Mne bola ki abi to ON tha but bo mana ni ... Merko lg rha tha ki inhone kuch kia h ... Fir mne bahr mobile check krbaaya to unhone mere display ki pins ko damage kr diya tha ... Bhot gatiya staff h .. bus lutne bethe h ...

Service is too bad. Every time you visit any service center of MI they don't have parts and if your device is in warranty the part will never be available. If you didn't tell them about warranty they will give you the part but when they come to know about warranty things they keeps showing you rules and again you can't get that part
