Pathetic service. They don't know a single regarding legal procedures in Haryana state at least an still they charge astronomical prices and commit false timelines. They're just interested in your money. Nothing else. Better to get the procedure done yourself.

I would like to share my experience of having two services from MyAdvo: 1) Marriage registration 2) Name Change Both the services took longer than the usual processing time with the second one being extended to 6 months!! I believe a large chunk was due to the coronavirus pandemic. I would like to thank Ms Shikha Tomar who executed the process very professionally. She was very responsive and courteous and always gave a realistic feedback of the situation. I would suggest to stay away from the marketing department colleagues of this firm like Mr Arshnoor who make false promises without having a realistic view of the ground situation and have been not so good in the case followup. The one star deduction is for him. I would recommend MyAdvo to improve coordination with their third party service providers who are outsourced the duties of the company. (Please have a reliable staff in place). Rest, I would definitely recommend the service as it was hassle-free and once he documents were signed and posted, there was minimal effort required from my end and a quick update was just a WhatsApp message away.
