Here We go, Posting this after ride of one month with Open Mind Services Limited. I can clearly say Openmind so far is smooth ride, Lot of things to learn from CEO and COO of the Company, I loved seeing Management Closely interacts with all the Employees in company, But one thing is very clear, Openmind services is not everyone's piece of cake, It is open for people who are professional and punctual with work. Loved Everyone here, naming two out of them, Reena Mam and Divya Mam. Thanks for keeping trust on me and Hiring me here. Long way to go.. Once with Openmind will always be with an Openmind..

They truly care about the happiness of their employees. There is an open door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored. It’s really relaxed and calm environment. I don’t dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. Good salary- career growth-supportive managers.
