When I got my Dog back, he had scratches on his face and eyes which got infected later. The vet confirmed these are scratch marks that usually occur when a dogs get into a fight. When I confronted these Pet Spot, they denied my dog being scratched by another. Had they been honest, we could have sought timely treatment and prevented the wounds from getting infected!!
