Very very bad experience so far as support to customer is concerned...I bought e1 earbuds from VPLAK.com but found after two days that both the earbuds are not working together...I tried to contact them many times, sent atleasr 9-10 rounds of mail to the cust. care people but did not get any response or support neither thru phone nor thru mail....tired finally, fed up and gave up taking oath not to buy any prod. from ravtek/vplak in future...very poor customer service...be careful when buy any such product from this brand/company.

Great services from Ravtek My earphone got damaged during my workout. Since it was in the warranty period so I went for the company’s customer services. My earphone was returned on time and was as good as new. Keep up the good work guys.
