Very poor product and pathetic service.Never ever buy the product of realine.They don't have any authorised service center in india.Its product in warrenty Doesn't make any sense,in the end you have get it repair from outside vendor and charges from your own pocket. The dealer in gurgaon so called service center for real line at bassai road never ever respond to your calls and always gave you fake commitments.Never ever buy the product from real line. Its better to buy from other local vendor but not from real line.

Pathetic product we have purchased gas burner and in one week the pipe of burner broken and leaked gas we scared because of that and no customers service is there not any number one number i found but they not picking up call ,please don't buy product of realline ,pathetic
