Best showroom in Gurgaon for RE motorcycles. Service experience was also nice, they have trained and experienced mechanics. Nice and helpful staff. Delivered my bike before the promise date️.
The only good thing about this is that it is the only service centre in Gurgaon for RE. Otherwise everything about the service and customer care is pathetic. Huge billing queues, overcharging, delays, no responses, repeat issues after service is very common. This would be my 12th service with the same centre, but then not a single time have they done the work properly with full accountability. But, you have no option anywhere else or go to Delhi.
I loved the experience of buying my RE Classic 350 Stealth Black. Very welcoming staff and wonderful experience. Special mention for Miss. Anshika who helped me with the entire process of test rides and purchase. Highly recommended to all who are looking to buy their dream bike... Kudos to entire team
