Very good service, A solid 5/5. I went to just told him what the problem was and Sanjay (the mechanic) solved all my problems. When I left the garage, I felt like my bullet was brand new. Sanjay explained each and everything of what was going on with my bullet. The good thing about this garage is that they use Royal Enfield Genuine part and not other cheap products and say that it's the same as the genuine. They gave my Bullet only after proper inspection and proper washing & cleaning. I wandered for a long time to find a perfect mechanic for my Bullet, and I can say that the work here is better than many other mechanics I've visited for over four years. They have proper sitting space, they even offered me cold drinks & food as I was there for quite a while.

i m very happy with the work. these guys are know each and every thing of his work even no need to tell what is problem with the bike. Also the behavior is very polite. well done guys keep shining .

He is good in his craft. What makes him different from others is he himself works on bike. He treat every bike his own. 4 star as of now since it is first day after service. May be i will give 5 star after a week but as of now bike is super smooth. I will recommend him as best mechanic in gurgaon.

Well mr kapil..please don't compare a shop with a hospitality spot..my personal experience was very good...as compared with price and quality.

No place to sit you have to stand outside no water to drink.If you are going, go after taking time as they are very slow and take 4 to 5 hours for servicing. Only 2 people are there in there service center including owner. Very expensive however service quality is ok. Not much options in gurgaon. You have to compromise.i got my service done in 3500.service charges are covering washing. That you have to do it by yourself.
