This society is in Gurgaon sector 71. 5 mints drive from subhash chowk. This society has 2 and 3 bhk flats. 2bhk flat area are approx 500 sqft and 3 bhk are 650sqft. 2bhk are very small rooms and good for family of 3 members. But you won't be able to put much furniture. Consider it as small rooms. 3bhk are good enough for family of 4 members. But rooms are small also. Society has car parking facility on first come first serve basis. No daily essential shops near by. You will get it within 5kms if you want. No internet service provider here. Airtel Vodafone jio network are weak. No street light here also so pls consider all these factors. But these things would come in coming future. Note : if your a bachelor and staying in PG and paying around 10. I would recommend those people this society. 2bhk flats are available here in 12k per month.

Project location is good, but they are same as other builders. This project was one of the earlier project by signature global. Now this company is no more ethical, they are imposing illegal charges on buyers. Marketing fake possession, a lot of buyers still not received their possession letters in Andour Heights. They are sending backdated (April 2020) possession letters in August to hide their real face.
