A brazen loot. The owner thinks he has a right to sell at double the price or even more by virtue of his locational advantage and the consequent monopoly. For some items he charges two and a half times than the market price. Something commonly available at Rs 40/- is sold at Rs 100/- .Giving a bill and cash receipt is not what he believes in. An opportunist who fleeces his customers.
