Ordered the Miso Paitan Kit in both the Chicken and Pork Cha Shu options. Honestly everything is great but the star of the show is the broth, and the broth/noodle ratio is on point. Best Ramen I've had in NCR for sure! PS - Also have to commend the packaging.

Incredibly delicious ramen! The delivery was prompt and hassle-free, and the packaging was secure. Loved the richness of the broth and the flavors running through it. Would 100% order again, and you should too!!
I can eat a bowl of Ramen for breakfast lunch and dinner and that is not a lie. I have been in search for such a bowl in Delhi for years but have not been happy with the numerous bowls of Ramen Ive tried so far. When The Ramen Project came on the scene I was excited to say the least but when I finally slurped a bowl I was in Ramen heaven. The delivery kit is so well designed and the whole experience of ordering until delivery is as smooth as it can be. Im excited to see what Raghav does next with this project.
Amazing Ramen, definitely the best I’ve had in town! The entire concept of a DIY Kit is also pretty neat, becomes a part of the entire experience and makes the taste and flavours all the more worth it.
Ordered 3 sets of ramen bowl kits, all of them are extremely easy to prepare. Only things required were just a decent sized bowl that pretty much every one has and a few minutes just to reheat everything! Not only is it good food, but it feels like an accomplishment when you can craft a beautiful ramen bowl by hand
Omg we were all in a food coma after this meal! We tried all three types of ramen and they were equally amazing! The kits were very nicely created and came with easy to understand instructions for a self-assembled delicious meal at home. Cannot wait to see what The Ramen Project does next!
Prompt delivery with amazing recyclable packaging! Best ramen available in town. Absolutely loved the Shoyu Paitan kit, surely reccomend it!
