If you gave extended your HP laptips warrenty through these guys, then you fu*ked. These guys are not authorized or anytgany. Paid a very huge amount to them for 2 yr extended warranty for my hp laptop. When i called hp for the warentyw claims there was no warranty ot anything like that.
