The haircut experience was good. Once you sit and watch around then you see the wall paper peeling , the cupboard Louvre panel had a lot of dust in the royal suite. Looking at all this at the royal suite was a lot off. Should have taken photos..... Maybe next time.

Had a good experience and worth the money. Only thing i felt was they were too pushy in selling thr yearly membership. From the hairdresser to the lady at reception were too pushy to go for it. Even they tried hard to sell thr in house products. Which in my opinion was a big turn down.
The gentlemen's barbershop offers a silent, relaxing but tardy service. The front desk professionals had a welcoming repertoire, despite the demeanor set of the working men and women of metropolitan. As for the professional barber, for my Royal Shave and Head massage, gave a patient and relaxing service. However, I take away one star from the expected 5 star service due to the excessive time used and for which I recommend you to take your sweet time to enjoy a True Fit experience.
Not a relaxing or tranquil experience for me. They are way overpriced for the service quality offered. The royal haircut and massage was mediocre and my overall experience sucked because of the behaviour of front desk and my barber. Not at all worth the price.
