The best place in india to train in BJJ by far. Coach Ashwin Hoon, who also happens to be India's best Grappler and ADCC champion is the head coach - and is on the mats himself every day. BJJ classes here incorporate a potent mix of wrestling and judo as well, making their BJJ-Grappling and Submission game much stronger and more practical than a traditional dojo. The Muay Thai coaches are Brilliant too. Coach Raza and his team put on quite a grind with great focus on the details class after class. So over all its a great place to train MMA. WCMMA is also the only location in Gurgaon to have legitimate KravMaga classes for self-defence that are affiliated with Krav Maga Global, Israel. whether you want to learn to fight for sport or for self-defence, WCMMA is your place to go to in Gurgaon.

The best place that I've ever had the fortune of joining and training at - it has and continues to mold me constantly, and always for the better. The sense of family at the Cove, with our coaches, the people we train with and learning the art of fighting the way we're taught makes me grateful for it every day. And to the ones who say that women can't learn how to fight or kick-ass and that the bigger guy always wins, your eyes are about to be opened and your mind blown. Head over for a class and join if you haven't already, and I promise you that this will be one of the best decisions you'll ever make. Get moving.
