Don't buy Zero B RO water purifier as Company can't provide after sales service. Just use and throw after year. I was using Zero B emerald RO water purifier suddenly taste of ro water changed to salty (heavy) after one year of installation. I called up Zero B cc for solving the problem. And I took amc by paying 5100 as the technician suggested me but he can't resolve the problem even his seniors couldn't So don't buy such products that can't be repaired. It will cause problems only and cost u more. Ihv given written complaints but nobody bother to listen. I'm really disappointed

Zero B is the Most pathetic company ever seen...... - cheap quality:cheap material, bad service - the tank got severe germs within two Month after installation. - in 6 months its candle bowl got blasted - it’s not even one year to complete the warranty still we have to charge for everything . -poor service as the technician and the staff members are highly ill mannered .
