Workers are very lazy.. for simple work they take more time.. very frustrating.. went there only to change the head lamps but I left wasting a whole day.. the owner please look into it.. I accept this is the only service in Guwahati that dosent mean you will treat in such a way..

Tries to provide good customer service. They have an AC waiting lounge. The staff is courteous. Provided a cup of tea. But long wait even though we booked in advance. Took 4 hours to get the job done (bring a book or something to do while you wait, they have nothing there except a newspaper). Could be better.
The only service center in Guwahati of this company with Avery experienced workshop Manager and technicians.
