I recommend Dr.Arup Karmakar for Varicose vein endovenous laser treatment.We visited him few months back for my uncle's Varicose vein treatment.After completing the required tests,he explained us the root cause in details and also about the treatment and post treatment process in such a lucid way that any layman would understand. Without any further delay,treatment was done and post treatment he was in touch with us and adviced accordingly.Moreover,his calm and polite response towards the patients undoubtedly made me to recommend Dr.Karmakar for any kind of health issues.. He is one of the best doctors I have ever visited so far..

I was suffering from irregular menstrual cycle along with lower abdominal pain and excessive bleeding. My mom consulted to the gynae doctor and on ultrasound it was diagnosed that two fibroid of approx 22 mm size is present in my uterus. We found and learned little bit about modern uterus fibroid embolization treatment from the Google search following which we met Dr Arup Karmakar, Endovascular and Interventional consultant at his clinic in the month of Jul 2019 for my health issues of womb tumour ie Fibroid of the uterus. Dr Arup made us understand about the procedure and how safer is the UFE procedure compared to the invasive open surgery. We also consulted to our family physician for the same. Being a girl myself, I found I had a symptomatic fibroid tumor, I choose procedure where I do not have a large incision / scar and wanted to avoid the complications that can come with surgery such as blood loss etc and the risk of future complications. We also learned that fibroid embolization appeared to be reducing the risk of infertility in future married life. Finally we decided to go ahead with fibroid embolization, which was performed in first week of August 2019. As discussed and promised by Dr Karmakar sir, the procedure/ minimally invasive intervention embolization surgery was performed in conscious state under local anaesthesia, almost there was no blood loss and incision in the abdomen or groin. Only little bit lower abdominal pain in next two days following the embolization treatment. After shorter hospital stay, on 4th day I was discharged from the hospital and expenditure was quite less. There after my symptoms were disappeared quickly following UFE (uterine fibroid embolization) and recovered quickly. Thank you Dr Arup Karmakar sir for bringing my smiles back. Thank you once again.
