Doctor and staffs are good. Needs improvement of infrastructure. No water on toilet tap on 23/12/2020 around 1400 Hrs. Nedds more parking place. Please encourage digital payments for all transaction.

They call me at 9 :30am about my appointment with Dr. At 10.am , I reach at 9:45am, and still waiting for the Dr. And no doctor come to clinic till now (10.55 am), it's show how unprofessional they are.. , let's see what happen next.. OK service is good, price are very high side, as doctor fees or testing charges, my suggestion is better visit Hayat Hospital.

Medicity is focusing only in collecting money from the patient doesn't matter if you come there for the first time or to show report. In other words they are looting money. It was a very bad experience when I came to show report and they asked for Rs 600 as doctor's fee and I had to pay. They give appointment over phone and then by message mentioning time to come. But then you will have to wait there for hours waiting for the doctor to come. Total chaos and disgusting.

One of the worst , only profit centric no intererest on patients wellbeing. Very bad experience, won't recommend to any one, hospital's like Downtown, GNRC, Apollo, helthcity...are far better than this one.

Staffs are like cracking jokes with patients....when we ask them whether the doctor is available or not,they reply 'yes' and they call us and after reaching there after 5 mins they be like 'So sorry! doctor left, come tomorrow'..that too we met 2 staffs I don't know the name but both of them said two different times to come and meet the doctor..So is it like we have to chose the correct timing??if we chose the wrong one we won't get to meet the doctor! It's the worst place to come for any kind of treatment. Request to all who's reading this review don't waste your time coming here!!. #badstaffs #badmanagement

Dr Amritangshu Borkataky...a doctor who is very much commercial ...i was told he is one of the best in north east..i felt like a joke after meeting him..If possible he will stand and write prescription,a doctor who does not have time to listen to your problem,who gives u to do tests which u have already done and taken with u to show him...how can u expect him to diagnose and prescribe medicines...he should have been a businessman instead.

People have high expectation when they visit hospital but some hospitals forget that they are on oath to serve community. One of my brother went this hospital for treatment but instead of helping him staffs of this establishment showed conduct of lower level which people can't imagine. Conduct of staffs, in reception was like they have taken you for granted. You will feel like helpless. My take.. Visit other hospital as you want your dear one to stay healthy.
