They have me waiting since 5pm YESTERDAY and have still not showed up at my door today at 1:40pm as I am writing this review. We called the customer service no. from the site and the lady there was exceptionally RUDE, arrogant and literally shouted at us saying she can't help when the technician will show up. The point to note here is that we don't have a big issue with the TV, it's just a quick system update and for that they had to be called 5 times (till now) and they still don't have a clue when they'll be here. The TV never gave me any issue but if I knew I'd have to deal with such a bad Customer 'Misbehaviour' I'd have gone for any other brand for sure. Chose wisely.
