Worst outlet, cheats. Tried the Lakhnowi Tengdi Biryani and Hydrabadi Biryani from this outlet at Seawoods Central Mall. This outlet is merged with the Kungchow outlet as they hav the common kitchen. The worst food I've ever eaten. The chicken was stale and smelling. The raita was stale and stinking, maybe a days old. This place should be closed and locked down. Left both dishes on the table and left as we were in a hurry to leave. People please stay sway from these cheats.

I visited this outlet named “Hanky Franky” on the second floor located in the SGC mall - Seawoods and I want to warn you before you visit there. This is the worst place to eat and total waste of money. I did not like their flavours and the service was also too slow. I had to wait for a long time for my order. It is a total waste of money, I would never visit it again even if someone pays me for it. I ordered the following things: 1. Cheese Chicken Hotdog for 170 Neither the quality was good nor the quantity. The only good thing was cheese that too not in sufficient quantity. Worst taste. 2. Schezwan Chicken Hot dog for 157 Worst taste ever. Nothing tasted like schezwan. I felt that they just put tomato ketchup and sold it in the name of schezwan. Total waste of money. If you are planning to visit this outlet, kindly reconsider it or you will regret it like me. Worst taste. Worst service. Also the quality and quantity didn’t match the price. Service - 2/5 Value for money - 1/5 Quality - 1/5 Overall experience - 1/5

Staff here too doesn't know what should they actually suggest. The service was slow, personally only 1 out of 10 it would like to visit this place. Chicken crispy. This dish can be example of expectations vs reality. Nice crunchy chicken strip but it look more taste in photo but can give a try was okay for 100 buck.

I think they can do better. They have a good menu but I believe they have not been able to deliver the promise. I ordered the Paneer Hotdog and it was having the taste of normal Tomato ketchup. I mean, where are the sauces. No taste of any other sauce. However the bread was soft and fresh. Paneer was good too. Hence as I said, with just a little more focus, I think they can do tremendously better.
