I'm happy with their service and it was the same experience like purchasing my Ecosport with them. They have huge service area which is always spic & span. The availability of space is their biggest strength. Their service personnel including supervisors are accommodative and address all your queries promptly. If you have the patience to wait and collect your vehicle and for only general service they can hand it over to you in the quickest time. Overall, Im satisfied with their service and will strongly recommend until I find otherwise.

Worst customer service ever, use other ford service centers this is the worst you can find in Chennai. My car was damaged on service area and they tried to fool me into accepting it as an existing dent! They even went to the extent of marking the dent in the job card. When they knew I had the original job card with no dents marked, they didn't have a face to show! Worst ever experience!!!!!!
It was a smaller setup than their Iyappathaangal service station. But that helped me to get a personal care for my car. Good manager and good advisor.
Be sure to remove every item from you our car before handing over for service. In my vehicle I failed to remove sunglass from the overhead sunglass holder. I didn’t think of that to be an valuable, thinking who will pick up an used sunglass. But to my dismay my sunglass was missing when I got the vehicle back. I chose this service station over others thinking that they will offer me an best service experience. But it turned out to be worst. I waited for a few days and the service station manager tried his best to get it back. But no luck. I had kept a 10 unopened Gems packet on the glove box which I thought I will use to prevent sleep during night drives. Even that packet was taken along with my sunglass. The service quality too was not on par. They didn’t tape the door hinges. I instructed them to not fill washer liquid since I had filled it with a special glass cleaning liquid. But even after request they filed the washer fluid. Overall I regret visiting this service station.
Big, neat and well-equipped facility. Am told that it was opened 3 months back.
