Worst HOTEL ever.... The person name Rana is the most idiotic and mannerless person. We ordered our food at 9:15 pm and the person Rana said madam ji 1 hour mai ayega in a very mannerless way as if i m his friend. The order arrived at 11:30 pm, which was cold as ice n the starter were soggy. The biriyani was tasteless with no masala, the mutton was not cooked properly. My suggestion is - if you are unable to deliver in the given time please don't take orders. Just to earn money without any customer service is of no use...then a roadside stall vendor is polite and is able to serve well without any education. Also please ask your person Rana to speak properly and not to lie. Had a very very pathetic experience, will neverever go or order from this unprofessional restaurant.
