The owner, Praveen Gupta & his wife will not honor product guarantee and you will have to call Havells directly. Bad after sales. Had a bitter experience with these guys buying about 1.8L worth of products from their store. They appear nice at first but will show true their true colours once it gets to the business end after you make the purchase. For a shopkeeper, they show a big attitude which will come later.Please make sure to check the date of manufacture on the products they keep. They store products that are very old & will ask you to call Havells if things don't work out. If you are a customer purchasing products for your new house, please do not visit this store. Specially for people living in and around Vasant Vihar, you are better off driving just a few kilometers away in Sharanpur road to make your electrical purchases.
