I love this place the most when it comes to all pet accessories and food items for them. I love their color options for collar, their toy options are super cute as well and I regularly keep stocking up from them. They do these home made snack items as well which is a huge bonus point for treat replacements! The review comes specially from the recent exchange I needed for my lab’s collar and they did it with such ease!

Good shop. Have eco friendly good stuff for pets specially dogs. But on the costlier side. And mostly fancy items. Basic necessities of a pet owner is not served.

Good stuff. A smaller branch compared to the brigade road branch. Was looking for a variety of range in wet food for dogs which they did not have. For the best quality of accessories, this the best place to go to. And if you're looking to upgrade. It's here where I found the ToFu litter.

Bought some tennis balls for my dog which were literally in pieces within 5 minutes of playing with her. Tried to get a refund from the store and was told “the ball will obviously break if the dog chews on it”. The salesman then proceeded to tell me that he would talk to the management and call me with their decision. I received his call 2 days later to tell me that he couldn’t give me a refund. Bottom line: overpriced garbage.
