Am very happy with the services, Sudhir is extremely professional with a personal touch. He explained the process with clarity, response time is very good. Bed was arranged without any follow ups. Had approached Sudhirji for Oxygen concentrator one afternoon in month of October and he proactively followed up to ensure we had the concentrator by that evening as it was an emergency. Apart from this he was checking with us if the machine is working well .There was this incident wherein I couldn't connect it properly he made sure that the machine was working properly and didn't hang up the call till it was fixed. Great service !

Had approached Sudhir for Oxygen concentrator one evening in July and he proactively followed up to ensure we had the concentrator by next day morning. Apart from this he was checking with us if the machine is working well and well being of the patient as well. Bafna surgicals was also very prompt in delivery and the machine was in clean and good condition. Even when we were returning the machine, the entire process was smooth and refund was given immediately. Overall the experience was excellent, especially the clients would be contacting them due to medical emergencies. Highly recommended.
