Very fraud agency....very unprofessional..They talk sweetly to get their agency fee and after that ,they won't even pick up your calls for complaints or maid change (we have to use a different number everytime to get them)..Most maids from there have problems (with some screws loose)..We fired the maid just after 4 days since maid was full time on phone / and was lazy / arrogant/ disrespectful (called my wife -edi , during normal conversation).. Agency owner told us to wait for 2weeks to get a maid..We went to see another one from there..But she was so arrogant and rude...So we didn't pick her.. Since there were no more maids available, we asked for.a.refund of the caution deposit (which she must give immediately . We already nllost RS.3000 as an agency fee)...After too many calls she finally gave the money after 3 weeks .. In nutshell, terrible owner and maids..
