Worst experience ever. All the stuffs just wanted to have fun and do no work. Don't have any tele operator to attend calls. Even the main brunch doesn't have any contact number of the regional office. I called their help line number and some one picked up. Then I asked for the contact number of their north bengal regional office. Hesaid me to wait for a while. I waited for about 20 minute but i got no responses from the operator.

West Bengal Higher Secondary Council, North Bengal wing at Siliguri, works well, but questions of harassment is still alive. They are claiming all the facilities available on line and the Certificate to be sent to the addressee if all the format fulfilled .Oops. no service. Officially they told it is not doing as per declaration even after paying excess charges with Speed Post & others by Bank draft after one month.
